The initial session is known as the Exploratory Session, in which the Coachee has the space and time to explore the desired outcomes for their coaching, and to clarify any questions with regard to the process;
After the initial session, a contract is arranged for a recommended number of sessions in order for the individual client to get the maximum benefit: this is normally between 6 - 10 sessions depending on the process ahead;
The sessions are 90-minutes long and are loosely divided into three parts where we reflect on progress following the previous session; consider the current situation, and plan for the future moving forwards;
There are personalised tasks set between sessions which we formulate together and which aim to support your progress;
At the end of the sessions, the process will be evaluated through reflections between the Coach and Coachee: this is also the point at which further coaching is considered, if necessary.
